All orders are processed upon receipt of payment. In-stock orders will be shipped in 1-2 days, custom orders and out of stock items may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, and should arrive within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.

US orders 0-1lb. $5(USD) -Most orders fall into this category
US orders 1-4lb. $9(USD)
Canada 0-1lb. $11(USD)
Canada 1-4lb. $20(USD)
All other shipping rates will be quoted upon receipt of inquiry or order.

If you wish to have your order insured, there will be an additional fee.

Express and Overnight shipments are available at an additional fee.

For shipments to Canada and other foreign countries we use the United States Postal Service to alleviate your duties and brokerage fees

Returns:

• Returns on regular orders must be done within three (3) days of receipt
• A 15% restocking fee is assessed on regular returned items unless the return is for an exchange.
• Returns may be accepted on custom orders, however the initial deposit on custom orders is NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact us for further information.
• Unless otherwise arranged, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

Checks and NSF Policy:

• Checks and Money orders are accepted.
• Orders by check or money order must be placed by phone.
• Checks must be imprinted with a current address and accompanied with a copy of your drivers license for authentication. (No starter checks)
• Please write your phone number on all checks unless already imprinted
• Checks tendered and subsequently returned for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will be assesed a $40.00 NSF FEE. Please, do not risk your reputation
